Framed by the famous Rowley Gallery, London in heavy oak frame
Signed by the Artist (Indistinctly)
Honfleur in the Calvados Dpt in Normandy Northern France
and has been a favourite with artists including Turner Seuraut & Monet

Actual drawing: 23.5" x 18"
Frame: 29" x 23.5" 3" deep
Condition:
The condition of the drawing and the frame is very good.
The glass has accumulated dust & dirt on the inside and needs cleaning and then professional sealing.
Anything that appears in the photos like staining on the drawing is actually on the glass.
I have left it as is in order to preserve the original framing materials.
