French School First Empire C1815 Portrait MiniatureA charming tondo miniature of a young woman sitting in a red chair wearing an empire dress set against a floral background. Unsigned, dating to around 1815 and in its original frame.
Condition
Colours slightly muted, patch of mould to her neck which could be removed with a soft brush.

6.5cm diameter.
