Description

A late Victorian oak side table in the English Jacobean Revival taste with a solid top, two frieze drawers and a carved rear cresting, all standing on turned legs united by a stretcher frame. The oak is well-figured throughout with a pleasing depth of tone and characterful historic wear across the top surface and moulded edge.

A good looking table of a practical narrow scale ideal for use in a hallway or as an accent table within a sitting room. The solid oak construction and time-worn colour lend a particularly traditional feel, making it an attractive addition to interiors where warmth, texture and period character are sought.

Presented in very good antique condition, with a well-aged surface, historic marks and minor wear to edges consistent with age and use. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place in the home.
