Silver Cased Cigar Cutter, London 1952, P.H.Vogel
The cigar cuter has a polished steel blade and central bar with engine turned sterling silver surround.
Full set of clear hallmarks on both sides of the handle for:
P.H.Vogel, London 1952.
The blade is marked: "FOREIGN" on one side and a "CS and and anchor" on the other, indicating a Solingen maker.
The cutter is in very good condition with just a few minor surface dings on one silver cover (as shown in a photo). The blade is in excellent working order.
