Victoran Silver Fruit Knife
Hallmarked for Birmingham 1865
With the maker`s mark - GU, for George Unite,
Cariline Street, Birmingham.

A delightful, medium sized fruit knife.
The blade opens and closes correctly - snaps at 90 degrees and snaps at fully open. It does need closing by hand.
Mother of Pearl facings to both sides, with beab decoration all round the edge.

Beautiful condition. 157 years old. No undescribed faults.

Open length:- 123millimetres.
Closed length:- 73 mms.
Weight:- 15.4 grams.
