Antique Solid Silver - Very Pretty Thimble

Hallmarked for Birmingham 1907, with the maker`s mark - GU, for
George Unite, Caroline Street, Birmingham

A very attractive thimble, the lower half engraved,
all round, with a bright cut pattern.
The top half with a all over dot pattern which prevents
it slipping when pushing a needle.

A double thick, faceted border, for extra strength
and durability.

Has been used a little, so there are a few needle scratches. These are very shallow, and are not seen by the naked

Excellent condition - no holes - no undescribed faults

Height:- 21 millimetres.
Internal diameter:- 16 mms.
Weight:- 2.3 grams.
