This is a Sterling Silver Thimble by Charles Horner.
It is hallmarked Chester 1900.
There are no holes, in good condition, unfortunately the hallmark has only been half struck as it has caught an edge.
It is stamped size 11.
Height is 21.5mm.
Internal diameter is 14.0mm.
Weight is 3.0 grams.
