This is a quality Sterling Silver Art Deco design five piece dressing table set comprising of Mirror, Two Hair Brushes, One Stiff Clothes Brush and One Soft Clothes Brush.
All in an asymmetric design with plain tapered cartouches and engine turned patterning.
All brushes are in good order and clean, the mirror is good but has a couple of tiny scratches on the glass. The silver on most pieces has minor dints in places. The mirror handle is engraved Margaret.
The mirror is 11 inches in length.
The hair brushes are 9 inches in length.
The clothes brushes are 6 inches in length.
The hallmarks are Chester 1940/41, for makers Walker and Hall.
