A stylish 1930s Art Deco hostess / cocktail trolley cart originating from England. This stylish cart/trolley has three serving trays and stands on its original rubber and chrome wheeled casters. Its design is typical of the Art Deco furniture of the period with curved corners and rolled edges. The finish on this cart is an absolute delight as exudes quality and craftmanship. It has a achieved a gorgeous warm chocolate patina over many years which we've maintained with a light restoration. All parts are veneered in a heavily figured and desirable walnut veneer, offering kerbside appeal from all angles. The wheels work perfectly and effortlessly and the whole piece is sturdy. This particular style of trolley wouldn't have been cheap in it's day and wasn't massed produced making them relatively rare today.
