Description

These are two rare and very interesting books of photos of the city of Moscow and St. Petersburg. Titled ‘Souvenir de Moscou’ and ‘Souvenir de St.Petersourg’. Both were produced around 1898 and were published in Moscow. They consist of 24 black and white photographic images of street scenes in one long page that is concertinaed into each book. The book binding is for each is very attractive decorated cloth boards.
Condition.

The condition is generally very good. The Moscow book has some minor losses to the surface of the boards, probably insect damage. The St. Petersburg book has light wear to the bottom right of the front board.
We have a 14 day return policy. We accept returns if item is not as described or generally you are not happy with the item, buyer to pay return postage. Full refund of purchase price on safe return minus postage costs. This is only available within 14 days of receipt of the item.
