The well figured top shelf is raised on turned rear spindles and swept stiles. A broad centre book compartment is flanked by pairs of narrower troughs. The divider's are gently curved at the fore for ease of book access and is generously deep to accommodate 9 inch deep books. Raised on turned and tapered legs united by an 'X' stretcher & terminating in ball feet, all round of quality craftsmanship.
