A rather elegant yet simple Georgian period, wine box or cellarette.A very unusual style with the lid being recessed and simply lifting out rather than as would be the norm, hinged style.
The interior being vacant, the contents being removed historically making the piece practical and ideal for storage.
Cabriole legs & pad feet making this a stand out piece.
