Superb English, Victorian mechanical decanter

Description
A very good Victorian period mechanical bottle decanter.Mahogany base and brass bottle cradle.
Overall in excellent condition and functioning perfectly.
Ideal for decanting without the risk of sediment or simply a fine decorative piece.
Some signs of light tarnish to the brass but certainly not distracting in fact it rather enhances the look I feel!
