This unusually shaped little vase was produced by the Royal Worcester factory and is dated 1919. It is Style No. 2599. The hand painted still life of fruit is by one of Worcester's best known artists, William Ricketts and is signed 'Ricketts'. Whilst externally the piece is in very good condition, there is hairline crack to the base which can be seen internally. It does not affect the artwork and its overall appearance. The piece is 8cm in height and 9cm in diameter at its widest point.
