Description

Very large mid 20th century African Benin bronze leopard head bust,c1950. Beautifully cast in the traditional lost wax process, this is a large heavy example weighing 4.2kg. It has lovely traditional tribal decoration and great colour/patina. It works well as a standalone decorative piece or as part of a collection of tribal art. Overall condition is very good with only very minor surface wear in line with age and use.
