Very large and fine African Benin bronze leopard head bust / statue, c1940. This is a well cast and very heavy (3kg) example with great form and decoration and fine detail to the features etc. The bronze has taken on great colour/patina with minor age related Verdigris. Overall condition is good with no obvious defects.
