Antique mid 20th century African Ashanti tribal bronze gold pot, c1950.It is heavy for its size and cast well in the traditional lost wax method. The pot is supported by two female figures which have good form and detail.
Overall condition is good with only minor wear and rubbing. It has aged well with good colour/patina.
