Description

Large, heavy (almost 2 kg) pewter/white metal plate, c 1890. Most likely a ceremonial/presentation piece it refers to the Scottish City of Inverness and is nicely decorated with their coat of arms.This includes a central crucifix flanked by an Elephant and a Camel with the Latin inscription"Concordia Et Fidelitas".
