Stunning antique modernist solid bronze zodiac bowl,c 1940.The designer Nordisk Malm is a well known Danish mid century designer whose work straddled Art Deco /Modernist styles. This piece was produced throughout the 1940s. It is well cast,heavy and beautifully decorated with the signs of the Zodiac around the rim.Overall condition is good with only very minor surface wear /rubbing etc.The bronze has taken on a lovely colour/patina after many years of handling and display.Please refer to the detailed photographs and feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to view the item.
