Description

A fine pair of percussion travelling pistols . The 3.5 inch barrels 8.5 inch overall. The frames are made from German silver and the high quality wallnut stocks and are finely cross chequered and patterned.
Both pistols are signed in old script along top of both barrels W. CHANCE.LONDON.The percussion locks are in perfect working order and have been in my collection for some ten years and I have purchased the Burr Elm pistol box to accommodate them, which fit perfectly, it also has the key which works fine.Also has proof marks to underside of both barrels.Circa 1829 -1842.
