Description

An English Modernist 9 drawer twin pedestal desk made by P.E. Gane c.1935. The Bauhaus architect Marcel Breuer was employed as a consultant designer to P.E Gane at this time. P.E Gane also supplied furniture to Heal's. The desk is constructed in solid, well figured quarter san oak.

Offered in good refinished condition. Some very minor marks to the desk top to be expected.

Dimensions: The desk stands 31.5" tall (maximum to the top of the gallery - writing surface is 30" high), 42" wide and 20" deep.
