Description

George V Officers heavy cavalry sword in its steel curved scabbard with two hanging rings. Pierced guard with its leather sword knot and a wire bound shagreen grip. Acid etched polished blade and GVR on both sides and foliage. Marked on the spine 5116. Generally sound condition but some rust staining to scabbard. Blade highly polished but with wear and rust staining.

Approximately 107cm overall and blade length 90cm.
