Description

French 1842 pattern Musket Bayonet. Has a ribbed brass hilt and is in an iron scabbard. Curved, fullered blade and stamped with French arsenal marks and with an inscription to back of made in 1862. Numbered on scabbard 2168. In good condition overall and with a very clean blade.

Approximately 71.5cm overall and blade 57.5cm.
