Description

Victorian Rifle Officers sword in leather and steel scabbard. Has a pierced gothic hilt with crowned bugle and with a copper wire bound shagreen grip. Slightly curved, acid etched blade marked 'S .Issac Campbell & Co Contractor Jermyn St London'. Blade is also etched with VR Crown, Rifles, bugle and foliage. In good sound but used condition with some exterior pitting to scabbard.

Approximately 98.5cm overall and blade 81.5cm.
