Description

Late 17th century German Armada Chest of Nuremburg strong box type. Covered in wide, riveted iron strapwork. Has rope twist iron handles. There is an internal small lockable compartment with key. In good solid condition but main lid lock removed, bottom a later replacement and various repairs. Also has rust holes to bottom.

Buyer to arrange collection from near Chichester West Sussex. Note item is heavy.
