Description

An early 20th century Eastern, possibly Indian, Naval sword. Has a plain brass guard with snap folding guard locking onto pin in scabbard, a lion backstrap and ribbed, solid horn grip. Has a brass mounted black leather scabbard with the same mark as the hilt and blade. Slim, single edged, single fullered plain blade. In generally good but used condition and with traces of original gilded finish.

Approximately 95.5cm and blade length 79cm.
