1796 Pattern Cavalry Officers Sword - No Scabbard

Description
1796 pattern cavalry officers sword. Note there is no scabbard with this item.Has a stirrup hilt with a ribbed leather grip. There is a curved, single edge, fuller blade marked as by Woolly and Deakin. In sound condition but rust stained overall and with some pitting to back strap.
Approximately 100cm overall and blade 88cm.
