Description

19th century African dagger in scabbard. Known as an Ovambo Ndora knife and made in either Namibia or Angola. This Southern African Tribal Art dagger has a carved hardwood handle with a matching two piece scabbard with central cut away to expose the blade. Has its original hanging strap to the back. Has general age wear and cracking and rust staining and pitting to blade.

Approximately 46cm overall and blade 34cm.
