Description

George V Infantry Officers sword in its steel scabbard. Pierced plated guard with GVR with silver wire bound shagreen grip. Single edged polished blade marked as retailed by Todhouse & Co, London & Norwich. Marked on spine with M7053. Blade acid etched with Royal Coat of Arms, GVR, crown and foliage. Blade has nearly all its original polish. Nickel plated to the exterior overall with wear to plating.

Approximately 103cm overall and blade 82cm.
