Description

This is a large Edwardian brass club fender.
The fender is in good condition recently removed from a very big house in the Scottish borders.
I also have purchased a large oak club fender from the same estate which I will list later.
The fender has a heavy linen upholstered seat which is in very good order, I was told reupholstered about 5 years ago.
The upright bars are in a barley twist style and are also in very good order.
This fender is a good heavy quality piece made to last forever. Great for sitting on nice and cozy around an open fire.
Circa 1910/20.
