Antique Victorian Gothic Carved Oak Bookcase

Description
Antique Victorian Carved Gothic Oak Breakfront Open Bookcase and dating from aorund 1880. Constructed from solid oak it has a carved and moulded edge to the top above a carved frieze. The breakfront centre has two adjustable shelves and with two adjustable shelves to either side. Each side support is beautifully carved with lion masks and flora and fauna. It stand son a deep plinth base.In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak oozing all the charm and character of the Victorian Gothic period.
