Description

Antique Edwardian Mahogany Double Bedstead and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany and with the head and foot board being identical with a serpentine shaped top rail above slatted supports. The footboard has a moulded panel with moulded lattice work design to the edges. It stands on squared legs with original brass shoe castors and has its original screw in side rails. Takes a standard double mattress.

Measures: 55" high to headboard x 39" high to footboard x 54" wide x 82" long

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
