Description

Antique Regency Mahogany Astragal Glazed Bookcase and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top above a cross banded frieze and with two astragal glazed doors with brass divider and original working key. Internally there are three fully adjustable mahogany shelves . It stands on a moulded plinth base on ogee bracket feet.

Measures 66" high x 16" deep x internal depth 12.5" x 51" wide

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
