Description

Antique Set Four Victorian Gothic Oak Dining Chairs and dating from around c1880. Constructed from solid oak and in true Gothic style each chair having a carved top rail above a split cane and carved back rest with turned and block side supports with shaped finials to the top. They have a split cane seat all of which are in very good condition. They stand on turned legs joined by a carved front stretcher with turned side stretchers and on a Spanish paw foot.
Each chair measures 50" high x seat height 18" x 19" deep x 18.5" wide


In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
