Description

Antique Regency Mahogany Bookcase on Cupboard and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top with dental moulding above a cross banded frieze and with two astragal glazed doors with original key and with three original adjustable shelves. The base has a moulded edge to the top above two moulded panelled doors with working key and with internal shelf. It stands on bracket feet and the top separates for ease of transporting.

Measures 80" high x height to top of base 36" x 16" deep x 44" wide and internal depth top 10.5"

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
