Description

Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Trumpet Sewing Table and dating form around 1880. Constructed from quality walnut it has an Hexagonal shaped top above a deep shaped frieze and stands on an hexagonal shaped central support with a carved and turned base and three shaped and carved legs with turned finial to the centre and on lovely scroll feet. Internally it has its original pink satin lining which is very good condition and with original silk lid to the centre which reveals a deep storage well for wool and cottons etc. the outer section having various sectional compartments.

Measures 29" high x 18" x 18"

A very nice Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Trumpet Style Sewing Table and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods
