Description

Antique Victorian Burr Walnut Foldover Games Table and dating from around 1860. Constructed from quality burr walnut it has a moulded edge to the top with a wide skirt which has a moulded bottom edge. The top opens to reveal the original blue/green baise playing surface. It stands on a turned and carved central support with a turned finial under on four shaped and carved legs on castors.

Measures 28" high x 18" deep (closed) x 36" (open) x 36" wide

In very good condition with lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
