Description

Antique Victorian Brass Double Bed and dating from around 1880. Constructed from brass the head and the foot board are the same both having square side rails with a turned finial to the top of each and a squared top rail with a curved dip to the centre, below this are square and round latts with beautiful brass decoration. It stands on square legs on castors and has its original drop in iron side rails. Bed takes a standard double mattress.

Measures 61" Height to head x 48" height to foot x 80" deep x 54" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
