Antique Original Victorian Chesterfield 4 Seater Sofa made by the renowned cabinet makers Holland & Sons who became cabinet makers & upholsterers to Queen Victoria around the mid part of the 19th century , This stunning sofa dates from around c1860 .

This stunning original Victorian Leather sofa benefits from a quality supple satchel full Hide tan leather which has a achieved a lovely patina and veining which is only acquired over time .
The sofa is very heavy and also has its original horsehair filling throughout . It has a full smooth over back and scrolled arms over a one piece stuff over seating area leading to turned legs on castors which are stamped 'Holland & Sons'.
It is very deep & wide and has excellent proportions , structurally sound with no sagging . In very good antique condition and oozing all of the charm and character of the Victorian period. This sofa really encompasses everything one should look for in a Victorian leather chesterfield .
