Antique Edwardian Mahogany Dressing Chest By Warring & Gillow and dating from around c1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a set of mahogany framed swing mirrors with a bowfronted small jewellery drawer below which is mahogany lined with a small brass handle. The chest has a moulded edge to the top with a central drawer and below is an inverted open compartment. To each side are two graduated drawers all of which are mahogany lined with ornate original brass handles. It stands on square tapering and satinwood strung legs on castors.

Measures 64" high top of mirror x 31" high to base x 22"deep x 48" wide

A beautiful Warring & Gillow Dressing Chest and in very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
