Description

Antique Art Nouveau Walnut Double Bed and dating from around 1890. Constructed from quality walnut both the head and footboard mirror each other and with a stylised shaped and carved top rail and Below to the centre is a typically stylised Art Nouveau panel with five slats to either side.It has squared bed posts leading to squared legs on castors and has its original screw in side rails.
Takes a standard double mattress.

Measures 59" high to headboard x 43" high to footboard x 80" long x 54" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
