Description

Antique Regency Mahogany Mule Chest and dating from around 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a plank top with a moulded edge with original brass handle and original brass lock escutcheon. To the Base are two oak lined drawers with brass handles.Internally the chest is lined with a green baize and has its original lid support. The chest stands on shaped bracket feet and has its original brass carrying handles to each side.

Measures 31" high x 24" deep x 48" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
