Description

Antique Edwardian Mahogany King size Bed and dating from around 1900. Both the head and foot board are the same and having a curved top rail with newel posts which are finely inlaid with satinwood stringing with a round finial to the top of each post. The Foot board has a beautifully inlaid oval panel. It stands on squared and tapering legs on castors. It has screw in iron side rails and takes a King size mattress.

Measures 58" high to headboard x 45" high to foot board x 80" long x 60" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
