Description

Antique Victorian Mahogany Spoon Back Armchair and dating from around 1880. Constructed from solid quality Mahogany it has a moulded mahogany frame with a deeply padded button backrest with upholstered and beautifully scrolled armrests with carved sweeping front supports and a serpentine shaped stuff over seat leading to turned mahogany legs. The chair is covered in a quality satin damask fabric which does have slight ware but is totally in keeping with the period.

Measures 43" high x seat height 16" x 33" deep x 29" wide

In very good original condition with a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
