Description

FINE Georgian Scottish flame mahogany breakfront wardrobe of unusually low proportions. We believe this wardrobe was originally made for a ship.

Very nice flame mahogany used throughout. Full length hanging in both sides, the right hand side has a full length mirror inside. Chest of drawers in the middle with three drawers, the top drawer also with two sliding trays inside. Above the drawers there is a two door cupboard with fitted trays and a shelf with tie racks to the inside of both doors.

Nice shape cornice above with plinth base. The piece splits down into a number of pieces for moving and is then screw together in place.

The wardrobe is in basically very good condition with no repairs but there are a couple of minor veneers chips around the base which could be tidied up if required.

The piece is a very nice original colour.
