Description

A very good George IV period mahogany extending dining table. With 3 original leaves and an excellent telescopic pull-action mechanism. Very well constructed in solid Cuban mahogany with a lovely grain. All standing on charming turned legs with tulip carved decorations and terminating in original solid brass castors. Can be assembled with 3, 2 , 1 or no leaves in place. Would seat up to 8 people. Example photos with chairs in-situ are shown for guidance. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops to a very high standard. Now offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home. Dated 1829 to the underside in chalk.
