Description: Antique Directoire armchair in mahogany featherbed, dating back to the early 19th century.The rectangular backrest is enhanced by a finely chiseled gilded bronze central frieze.
The two armrests have finely carved lion heads at the ends.
The truncated pyramidal front feet end in gilded bronze feline paws.
General Condition: Excellent condition
Origin: France, early 19th century.
Dimensions: 61 x 51 x 95 cm. Seat 45 cm
