Description: Antique Napoleon III French roller desk in polychrome wood with a Verde Alpi marble top.

Opening the lower drawer opens the central cylinder and the three upper drawers.

Folding the door reveals a writing surface covered in green leather chiseled with 24K gold leaf, above which are drawers and compartments.

The four fluted conical legs are adorned with expertly chiseled gilded bronzes.

General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol method.

Origin: France, second half of the 19th century.
