Antique Pair of Tapestry Panels

Description
Charming pair of handmade French tapestry panels with Medieval scenes & numerous Heraldic shields.The tapestries were worked by M I RYLANDS between the years of 1882 & 1891, as can be seen on the rear of the tapestry panels.
The tapestry blank was purchased from a company in the Rue St Honore, Paris.
The colours are muted with age, but very pleasing.
