Description
18th century Oak Cheshire Base.The Cheshire Base has Mahogany crossbanding & cockbeading to drawers. The doors have shaped beading & shaped crossbanding.The Oak is of superb quality.It is unusual to have 4 long drawers in the centre of the base. A very usefull design.
The cupboards all have shaped interior shelves.
The base has pretty fretwork to both sides & the front.
Please note the unusual depth of this base it is only 17.25".
The handles are Antique turned fruitwood but are not original.
